# Mathieu Goncalves

I come from a business background, with experience as a buyer and business analyst.

I learned IT and software hands-on, driven by a simple frustration: business needs are often clear, but poorly translated into technical solutions.

Over time, I built strong expertise in software systems, automation, integrations, and custom development, from ERP environments to internal tools and web platforms, not as an end in itself, but as a means to serve business objectives.

Today, as Head of Software, I enjoy being the bridge between business and technology: understanding constraints, challenging assumptions, and turning ideas into scalable, concrete systems.

I don’t see IT and business as separate disciplines. Their combination is where efficiency, clarity, and impact are created!
