I learned IT and software development on the job, driven by a simple frustration: business needs are often clear, but poorly translated into technical solutions.
Over time, I built solid expertise in software systems, automation, integrations and custom development, from ERP environments to internal tools and web platforms — not as an end in itself, but as a way to serve business goals.
Today, as Head of Software, I enjoy being the bridge between business and tech: understanding constraints, challenging assumptions, and turning ideas into concrete, scalable systems.
I don’t see IT and business as separate disciplines. It’s their combination that creates efficiency, clarity and impact!
